Crabtree Scores Twice in Big Win

Michael Crabtree and the Texas Tech Red Raiders pummeled Kansas on Saturday 63-21. Tech continued to do what they do best… throw the rock.

Crabtree ended the game with 9 receptions for 70 yards and 2 touchdowns. Because Graham Harrell loves to spread the ball around, Crabtree has seen some of his produciton decerease this year. But that doesn’t matter as long as he’s scoring and the team is winning.

Michael may not come close to the number of receiving yards he had in 2007, but he does have 14 touchdowns so far this year, and will likely end up with 20+. I’m not sure if a WR from a major D-I school has ever gone back to back 20+ receiving touchdowns.
