Crabtree Extends Touchdown Streak

October 20th, 2008 by Crabtree Zone

Michael Crabtree extended his 2008 touchdown streak in Texas Tech’s 43-25 victory over Texas A&M on Saturday. Crabtree has now scored a touchdown in every game of the 2008 season. I doubt there is another WR in the country who has done that.

Crabtree had 8 receptions for 72 yards and two scores. You may think Michael’s numbers are a bit low for such a high scoring game, and you’re right. He was hampered by a teaked ankle during a kickoff in the first half. It limited his play during the second half and his ability to go for the deep ball.

Texas Tech is now ranked No. 8 in both the BCS and the AP Poll.
